Year 2 Count Us Down To Christmas

Year 2 shone brightly on stage on Tuesday 10 December in front of a school hall full of parents and families who had gathered excitedly to enjoy a celebration of songs, music and poetry.
A Christmas Cracker showcased the skills and talents of some of our youngest pupils providing a really valuable experience for them all.
The performance opened with the class singing Countdown to Christmas gustily and then Mini Brass showed us just how well they are getting to grips with their instruments. Poetry, songs and even a quiz followed on, entertaining us all.
Our enormous thanks and congratulations go to all the accomplished performers who took to the stage in front of their proud parents, and, of course, to Mrs Emery, Mrs Woolfenden and Mrs Barnes and all the staff who helped them achieve so much.
